Today working day doesn't goes any better *TIRING!!!*
Have to attend alot of customers and some with intolerent behaviour.
Oh ya,the Director of Charles and Keith came,Charles. Got to knoe that Charles and Keith is actually two brothers working together.They have 13 Charles and Keith outlets and 3 Pedro outlets...super rich la..haix!!...*dreaming*..haha
k come back to my customers..
ok..i remembered this customer who i wana served as she was flipping a heel looking considerably interested in the heel..
i asked her politely,
"Do u wan to try both sides Ma'am?"
Guess wat the customer answer..
" Try wat??"
i was like...HELO!! WAT ELSE CAN I BE ASKING YOU TO TRY ON!!!
MY SHOP ONLY SELLS LADIES SHOES DUMB DUMB!!!
But since the shop policy is "CUSTOMER IS OLWAYS RIGHT",
i give a faked smile and replied politely,
"the heel u're holding on to"
The customer,
"oh nvm,i was jus looking around"
haix!!! waste my saliva and energy...
Later gona be another long day before i have my off day *WOOHOO*
